Schoolgen is a new initiative from Genesis
Energy which will provide selected schools with the ability to generate
their own electricity and to learn more about renewable energy and
climate change.
Through Schoolgen, Genesis Energy will be assisting six schools in the greater Auckland area in 2006/2007 to install a 2 kilowatt (kW) photovoltaic (PV) system on the roof of a school building. |
